PasarPolis is a platform that engaged in online insurance in Indonesia, Thailand even Vietnam. They are now focused on escalating brand awareness of their product: Employee Benefit through eb.pasarpolis.io. This website will be the first link for HR, the management, or senior leads to insurance agents to provide recommendations for employee health insurance for companies.

In this challenge, we were required to work as a team. My fellow team members are @Syifa Pramesti and @Yudha Fadrian. As a team, we collaborated in each of the design process stages.
We approached this challenge by implementing Design Thinking. Why do we use Design Thinking? Design Thinking is very useful in solving very complex or unknown problems, by rearranging the problem from a human point of view, generating lots of ideas in brainstorming sessions, and adopting a hands-on approach to initial design creation and testing. So we think that this type of approach is perfect for this challenge.
The main idea of the empathize stage is to understand our users, including their problems, their needs, and their point of view.
First, we attended an AMA session with PasarPolis to gain insight such as: what is PasarPolis like, what do we want to do with the website which redesign, business needs, requirements, what context inside PasarPolis EB web.
To increase our understanding of the challenges, both in terms of business and user experience, we use the Secondary Research method with a focus on finding problems, user behavior, and some more detailed information about the workings of insurance companies, especially insurance aggregators

We started to look at a few competitors or similar platforms, What we do is collect and analyze data obtained from conducting competitors. Analyzing product strength, product weakness, and product features.
The competitor we got from AMA session is Qoala, PlumHQ, and Easy Sunday.
After we get data from secondary research, we can now define problems, needs, and solutions both from the business, design, and IT sides. In this stage we describe 2 things:
The problem that we get from empathizing, we gather to this board

And after we know the problem, we can now develop possible solutions to the problem. Then through voting, we determine 1 action that we can take as the basis for solving the problem. And based on the most votes we got the How-Might We are "To help users understand PasarPolis products well".
